Afbestillingsbetingelser
Afbestilling skal ske skriftligt. Ved afbestilling indtil 14 dage før afholdelsen tilbageholdes et gebyr på 10 %. Sker afbestillingen mindre end 14 dage før afholdelsen, tilbageholdes 50 %, og ved afbestilling senere end 2 dage før afholdelsen betales fuld pris. Er du selv forhindret, har du mulighed for at overdrage deltagelsen til en kollega.

Når du tilmelder dig konferencer og arrangementer hos Insight Events, bliver du automatisk tilmeldt vores nyhedsbrev, hvor vi sender dig relevante tilbud og nyheder inden for dit arbejdsområde. Du kan til enhver tid afmelde dig ved hjælp af afmeldingsmuligheden i de udsendte nyhedsbreve.
Deltagerliste
Ved tilmelding giver du tilladelse til, at dit navn, titel og virksomhed printes på en deltagerliste, som udleveres i forbindelse med konferencen for at give de bedste netværksmuligheder.

Cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing. From cancellations made before 14 days prior to the conference, a fee of 10% is retained. From cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the conference, a fee of 50% is retained. If cancellation is made less than 2 days prior to the conference, the full price is retained. Should you be prevented, you have the option of transferring your ticket to a colleague.
Newsletter
When you sign up for conferences and events at Insight Events, you will automatically be subscribed to our newsletter containing relevant offers and news in your field of work. You can always unsubscribe using the unsubscribe option in the newsletters.
Participant list
When you sign up, you allow your name, title, and company to be printed on a participant list which will be handed out at the conference in order to provide the best networking opportunities.
