How do you and your company work with Identity And Access Management?
At Inter Ikea the Identity and Access Management is integrated into the overall information security and data privacy process. The IAM team partners with cybersecurity, audit and digital workspace as well as the application teams to deliver cost effective IAM solutions to our business.
What is your best advice for getting IAM implemented in a company?
I believe the best advice in getting IAM implemented is to understand how IAM supports your business priorities and the key stakeholder landscape.
Can you tell us about some of the most important things that have happened in the development of IAM?
The main trends are inclusion of AI and the need to support ITDR to protect against cybersecurity attacks.
Do you think IAM is something companies should put extra effort and resources into?
ITDR readiness and cyber hardening is a key topic.
Is there a particular topic within IAM that you find particularly interesting?
One interesting topic is how to best apply generative AI to improve the usability as well as the security of IAM systems.
What will you talk about at the conference and what do you hope attendees get out of it?
I will be talking about MFA migrations. I will be sharing our experience and leading practices from the overall industry on how to plan and execute an MFA migration program.
