Kasper Berner, Senior Treasurer, NKT, is one of the keynotes at Cash & Treasury Management 2020, where he will give a talk about Risk Management – Restructuring Treasury. In this post, you can read an interview with Kasper Berner.
1.What will your keynote be about?
I want to give an insight into how we in NKT have changed our risk management setup, in order to adapt to a changing business.
It has been quite a journey, that is still far from over.
2. What learnings do you hope the delegates take with them from your keynote?
Among other things that to change processes you need to think throughout the organization.
3. Which of the other keynotes are you looking forward to hearing and why?
My former colleague Kasper Kiim Jensen, as Ørsted is going through a big transformation, that must require an adaptive Treasury.
4. How has the corona crisis affected your work and working situation?
The corona virus has put a potential delay on our entire risk management project, as a lot of our resources are used to find out how to deal with the situation, further, the combination of being a father and a worker can sometimes be stressful.
5. What do you hope take from this year’s conference?
It is always exciting to hear about other companies problems and solutions, and to get new inspiration on how to handle our problems.
