In the mid-1990s, Grundfos introduced electronically controlled pumps. These pumps still work fine, but the technology is becoming obsolete in the face of modern cyber threats. It would be too expensive to replace all the pumps worldwide. So how can we secure these systems? Is it possible to upgrade a small component to achieve high security on equipment from the 90s?
